TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The bearer of this letter, Mr. James Bee, University
of Kansas, is authorized to collect "Vertibrates" in the
Virgin Islands of the United States. Such authorization has
been granted by the United States Department of the Interior,
Fish and Wildlife Service, and National Park Service,

Rules and regulations concerning collection and dis-
position of specimens as promulgated by the National Park
Service will apply and collection will be permitted by the
Government of the Virgin Islands so long as such rules and
regulations are complied with.
