MONTE L. BEAN MUSEUM at Brigham Young University as a charitable gift, without
restriction except as noted in this deed of gift, the following property (the Gift):

Animals, artifacts, printed materials and other gifts in kind

 

as indicated on the attached sheet.

 

 

 

Donor warrants that he/she is the sole owner of the Gift and has full power
to transfer the Gift to the Museum. If the Gift has been imported into the
United States, Donor warrants that the Gift has been legally imported and that
there are no customs or other imposts or taxes due on the Gift.

The Gift has been made with the following restrictions and no others:

No restrictions of wee, except for the copy of fieldnotes as
designated on the attached sheet.
