and color codes of the original.

Be Bound.

Be deposited in the Monte L. Bean Museum in a secured area
with controlled access.

Not to be taken from the Bean Museum.

Be used by professional scientists and graduate students of
Brigham Young University for professional scientific research
and publication, as applicable, with approval of James W. Bee.

James W. Bee to be designated as junior author on published
material.

Manuscripts based on significant amounts of these field notes
must be read by James W. Bee before publication.

By written directive from or upon the death of James W. Bee,
items 6 and 8 above will be applicable to the Director of
the Bean Museum or his designee.
