to loan to the Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum of Brigham Young University,

the following described specimens or materials for the period Indefinite

One Gray metal specimen case with full complement of trays.

One Original copy each of 42 volumes of fieldnotes (1927-1984)
by James W, Bee, with the condition that they are not to be
reproduced beyond the one authorized copy designated as part
of the gifts in kind dated 30 November 1985,

The above items are to be returned to the loaner upon his request.
Condition of specimens or materials:

Excellent

This agreement also serves to absolve the Bean Museum and Brigham Young
University of any liability as to loss or damage of the specimens or materials
described above.

It is understood, however, that the Bean Museum will exercise reasonable

care of said specimens or materials while they are in its possession.
