Brother Rick Dowde was brutally
murdered by one racist pig Wilkiam
Garrett. There was supposedly a higrt
Speed chase (involving a volkswagen
in a two block area) and Rick suppose
ly ran: in front of. the polace car
with what was called a logg barrell
gun which gavg rise to the pigs so-
called justifiable homicide, Garrett
had told the Dowdell brothers, "I am
gonna kill one of you Dowdells yet.”
For the bufoon pig has given traffic
tickets to almost every Dowdell broth
and when the opportunity arose, the
lackey bastard killed Rick. The enti
Black World is aware of what Garrett
has done and he Shall reap what he
has sown.
The hog Attorney General recently
returned a report gathered by his og
pen of lackeys, the Kansas Bureau of
Investigation, that contained lies
on top of lies about Ricks death.
