French Communique: -Via Radio- Monday morning there was a meeting of the military, naval and economic experts. In the afternoon members of the supreme Inter-Allied council, consisting of the Prime Ministers and Ministers of Foreign Affairs and their associates in the Allied Powers also held a session. The official communiques and the complimentary information published by the press show that the decisions made give the following results: The new conditions of the Armistice have been accepted. The council has decided to provide food for Germany and also for the following countries; Yougo-Slavs, Tchecho-Slavs, Poland, Magyars, Rumania, providing that Germany is not too slow in utilizing her ships in her ports and in neutral ports for the transportation of this food. The allies also demand from Germany the restitution of all the material taken by their troops from the factories of the evacuated regions that it is possible to identify. This identification can be rendered possible by the Etat-Major by many different methods. The financial clauses have for their object the placing in reserve of the debt of the Reichetag. The transporting of this reserve into a city or province will be demanded. From a naval point of view on the new conditions of the armistice, the Germans will be required to deliver submarine material which has not yet been delivered. The Prime Ministers and Ministers of Foreign Affairs have examined the program of the Peace Conference. They have fixed the number of delegates from each state. France, Great Britain, Italy and Japan have five plenipotentiaries each; Brazil has three, two delegates represent Belgium, Servia, Greece, Poland, Tcheco-Slavs, Rumania, Portugal and all other states who have broken relations with the Central Empire. Canada, Australia, Southern Africa and India have respectively two delegates. New Zealand has one. The question of the representation of the Kingdom of Servia will be taken up Wednesday. The council examined the methods of work of the conference and the directing principles and regulations. The first partial meeting of the conference will take place in the afternoon of Saturday, the 18^(th) by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs. -----oOo-----
