Dear Dr. Allen:

Your letter is at hand concerning the basketball
zame for December 3rd.

I have discussed the matter with Coach Scott,
and we shall be glad to come for the guarantee
of one hundred dollars. We hope that it will
be possible for you to find us a place on your
1939 schedule for a game here at Warrensburg.

Coach Scott will be glad to use some of his boys
in a demonstration work out in the afternoon, if
you so desire. He will be glad to cooporate in
any way that it is possible in this matter.

If you wish formal contract, we shall be glad to
have it or you may consider this letter and its
acknowledgment the agreement covering the game.

The matter of officials i8, of course, left to
you and Coach Scott.
