RULES GOVERNING DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS FOR THE 1938
FOOTBALL SEASON

1. All reserved seat tickets wil be sold in advance by application through the mail. They will
also be sold at the business office in the Gregory Gym, at the Ellison Company, C & S Sporting
Goods Co., and the University Co-Op.

. Application blanks and information may be obtained by addressing Football Ticket Manager,
Box G, The University of Texas, Austin, Texas. .

Remittance should be made in the form of a cashier’s check or money order, made payable
to The University of Texas. Arrangements have also been made to handle ticket purchases
by telegraphic money orders.

Applications will be filed in the order received and filled in the same order.

. All tickets purchased by application will be sent by insured mail to the applicant. To cover
this, all remittances must include 15c as an insurance fee. Residents of Austin may elect to
call for their tickets in person without payment of this fee after application for tickets has
been made and notice of the filled order has been mailed the applicant.

Two or more persons, desiring seats together, may include applications in the same envelope
and all tickets will be mailed to one designated person.

If acknowledgment of order is desired, self-addressed post card should be included with
application.

Applicants for tickets may indicate preference as to location of seats within a given section,
for example, whether seats are desired high up, half way up, or low down. As far as tickets
are available, this preference will be granted.
