Dear Mr. Allens

I asked Messrs, Baccus and Gray to submit to me
@ list of six officials, each, for you to chose from,
in my opinion, they have selected feem the best of=
ficials,

The list submitted by Mr. Baccus for your games
with S. M. U. is as follows:

Jack Sisco, Head Football Coach, North Texas,
State Teachers College, Denton, Texas,

Abb Curtis, Fort Worth, Texas.

Doc Hayes, Dallas, Texas,

Dusty Boggess, San Antonio, Texas,

Bill Bushman, Dallas, Texas,

Den Lynch, Dallas, Texas,

I consider Sisce and Curtis the two best officials we
have and neither lives in Dallas, Boggess is a good of-
ficial, but this would entail a pretty heavy expense in
bringing him from San Antonio,

Mr, Gray's list is as follows:

Ziggy Sears, Fort Worth, Texas,
Doc Hayes, Dallas, Texas,

Jack Sisco, Denton, Texas,

Dusty Boggess, San Antonio, Texas,
Claude Kellam, San Antonio, Texas,
Abb Curtis, Fort Worth, Texas.

You probably would not want Mr. Curtis and he probably
would not want to work in a Texas U. game as he is an
alumus of Texas U. I think Mr. Gray overlooked this
fact in putting his name on the list. I think any two
from the four top ones would be very satisfactory.
