Dear Mr. Allen:

Thanks for your very kind letter of
December 2nd.

If you will take four boys to a room
with two large double beds, we will make the special
rate of $1.25 per person. If this meets with your ap-
proval, please let me have the rooming list in advance
of your arrival, stating, if possible, exactly when you
will arrive.

I suggest that you use the Coffee Shop
for meals as this will give you the best food at minimum
prices - breakfast, 45¢; luncheon, 50¢; complete dinner,
80¢ or 85¢.

I just talked to your very good friend,
Jimmy St. Clair, and he sends his best regards, and says
he will be looking for you.
