Dear Dr. Allen:

The reason for my delay in answering your letter of
September 20, is that I thought I might be able to
ehange our St. Louis date. However, I find it im-
possible to do this.

The date of February 8 will be satisfactory with us yA
and we will plan on meeting your team on that date 7

at Lawrence. Will you please confirm this date to

me at your convenience.

The new fieldhouse is coming along nicely, although,
I have been a little worried about whether it would
be finished for our opening. However, everyone I talk
with tells me that it will be completed by December 1.
