Dear Mr. Parmelee:

We will not have all of our stuients
back here on Jamary 3, but I am quite anxious to play
the University of Utah here because we desire to make
a western trip either next year of the year following.

: Would it be acceptable to you to offer
you $150.00 for the game here with an option of fifty
per cont of the gate receipts, the student tickets
counted at 20¢ a piece in the total receipts? We would
be willing to play you et Salt Lake City under the same

trips to the coast, one to Los Angelesg and the other to
the northern end of the Pacific coast. If you do not
feel that you could make the trip for this amount, I
would be glad to have you inform us what you would be
willing to sign a home-and-home agreement for with the
peciprocal terms,

would not get you back to Chicago in time to allow you
