Oetover 26, 1937. Mr. Dee Errickson, Washburn College, Topeka, Kansas. Dear Dee: I find from Ernie Quigley that he cannot work the 16th at Washburn and that Ab Hinshaw is leaving these parts for Chicago, | I am wondering if the 8th or Sth of Deceniber at Topeka would suit you. In your letter of August 2 you stated that you could play at Lawrence on December 7 or 8, I wonder if you could play at Toneka on the 8th or 9th, We are playine Ottawa at Lewrence on the 7th, and if we could play you on the 8th or 9th at ®opetra we could then arrange to have Quig work the game. By the way, Dee, why not use Ernie Quigley's son, Heinie, with him at both places, fhe father, you know, generally dominates who- ever works a gam wien him anyhow, and by using the father and son would wort both the A and B games for the price of one. Why not be Scotch and try this out? Will you let me hear from you at your earliest conveniences? Sincerely yours, Director of Physical Education,
