Lhe University of Kansas Physical Educa-
tion Corporation, otherwise known as the Athletic Board
of the University, is a non-profit sharing corporation of
fourteen members, eight of whom are faculty members which
control the finances and direct the intercollegiate policy
of the University of Kansas,
