Dear Dr. Allen:

I returned to Ottawa yesterday and found your
letter about basketball games.

Yes, we shall be glad to play a pair of games
with Kansas. Our conference schedule begins after the
holidays, and as yet we have scheduled no games before
Christmas. Nearly any pair of dates before Christmas will
be all right with us. We would not want to play here in
Ottawa after December 16, however, because of our holiday
business rush. ,

Would you want to open your home season with us?
If you should want to play us in Lawrence some time between
the 3rd and 10th of December and here on December 10, prefer-
ably, or December 14 or 15, it would suit us. Or what sug-
gestion have you to make?

What kind of financial arrangements shall we
