Dear Doc:

We fully realize we are shooting at the moon in
endeavoring to get the Big Six approval for a basketball
game between your fine club and ours for this season, how-
ever, if you feel it is at all possible, we would be very
happy to hear from you.

I believe a game with our two teams would be a
great drawing card, and would be a big success if we could
schedule a game in Kansas City some time during the season.
Therefore, I feel it would be worth every effort possible
to endeavor to schedule such a game should you be able to
secure approval from the Big Six Conference.

Thanking you for the many courtesies shown our
basketball team in the past and with hopes of scheduling a
game with you this season, I remain
