I am very sorry to state that existing Army regulatios prohibit the appearance of an Army band in any activity other then military, Red Cross, or War Bond drives. About the only ‘exception they will make are events in which a military team is competiting. I want to take this opportunity of expressing the appreciation of the service men for your generosity in connection with the K U-TCU game in Kansas City.
