Dear Mr. Allen:

I have your letter of December 3, regarding
your basketball team.

It is perfectly all right to house the team
at the Robert E. Lee, because there is no
difference in the set up whether they are at
the State or the Lee.

We are, therefore, reserving space for twenty
of your boys at the Robert E, Lee for the
nights of December 12, 22, and 23. This will
consist of six twin bedded rooms at a rate of
$2.00 per man and four double rooms at a rate
of $1.50 per man.

I want you to know at either hotel we appreciate
your business and shall do everything we can to
make your players comfortable. Looking forward
to seeing you again, Iam,
