The high schools will use their own officials and timers, or at least
make arrangements with Mr, Peters.

Father Lutz, of the Ward High School, will have his band there to play.
If any of the other high school bands desire to attend the game and play we will be
very happy to have them, If such is the case, I would be very happy for the coaches
_ Of the high schools to call me at my expense and give me the information so that we
can make arrangements with the hall to entertain any of the bands of Rackhurst,
Shawnee-Mission or Southwest,

It will be up to Chaches Lene and Allen to make arrangements for the
timer and scorer for our game, If Commissioner Reaves Peters knows of some adept
fellow who would like to serve as timer or scorer without a fee we would be very
happy to have hin, |
