Dear "Phog":

Received your letter of August 25 relative to
basketball.

I was sorry that we could not meet this coming
Saturday. However, I will be glad to meet with the coaches
on whatever date is convenient to all of them. I am enclos-
ing a football schedule so that you will try to make arrange-
ments not to conflict with my travel too much.

I see that you have quite a crew out for football
and no doubt you will be the same way in basketball. You
have a mighty fine boy of mine by the name of McArthur who
is in A-12. Don't get any illusions about using himr--he is
my boy. -
