Dear Coach Allen:

Your letter of the 16th is at hand, and I
am writing to say that our game with Missouri
In Kansas City was a sell-out,

There is a question about our playing on an
outside field, which did not come up in time for
the “issouri game, but which made us cancel our
game with Doane, in Des Moines, this coming
Saturday.

The cancellation may have been due to the fact that
the game was sponsored by the Jr. Chamber of
Commerce. I have written for an interpretation,
and will let you know as soon as I get it.
