Word has come to me regarding eartndn setae of the Navy
V-12 on the basketball team who are failing to bring their chow cards
for their evening meal. ‘They impose upon some of our Chief Specialists —
to vouch for them. | |

This is ‘enuatie upon generosity and subjecting the Chief to
embarrassment and certain disciplinary measures.

Please hereafter get your own chow card.

Impositions which have been practiced heretofore show an
utter disregard for the other fellow's welfare.
