PROGRAM Report Cards for End of 11 Weeks Faculty Members in Army Program: 9s sf We have new cards for reporting the progress’of the A.S.T. students in the various courses on October ~ These cards should be used to report the probable term grade for all students. The reason for having the grades turned in by October 25 is that we may submit to Omaha immediately the names of the boys who will fail one or more courses. Any boy who fails one course or more is to be withdrawn from the program. It is probable that the examination to be given the 29th or 30th of October may alter the term grade reported by Cet, 2a Please send in'such a change at the end of the term on a new card. If the final grade is the same as the estimated final grade, you need not send in another carde Will you please indicate for any boy for whom you report a grade of F whether this grade is a relatively high F (Fe), a medium F (F), or a very low F (F-). This will enasle our committee to determine the seriousness of the deficiency which the boy may have. Some grades may later be modified, after conference with the instructors, if it is necessary to reduce the number of boys who might be withdravn from the ‘course.
