Members of Faculty:

1. It is necessary that the Review Board to pass on the grades
of army boys meet Thursday at 1:30 pem. We are asking that all grades
be in this office by Wednesday, 5:00 p.m., January 19, if at all possible.

2. The army examinations will be given Fridey and Saturday, Jan. 21
and 22. There will be no classes on those days for the army boys..

Se The cards to be used for reporting the graces this time are
similar to the one enclosed. If you need additional cards please call
my office.

4. my change of grade necessary because of the last week of
work will also be sent in on this same type of card by January 29.

5. There will be no classes on January 15. Geography and
Physics will have their tests in Hoch Auditorium that day.
