Doubtless our letters passed in the mail.

I have had one conference with Harry Welsh,
as I told you in my other letter, and I em hoping to
get this matter straightensd up in a week. Will that
be sufficient time? I certainly want to mike the best
arrangements possible for all coneerned, and do not want
to hold back, but I cannot mke a decision before that
