According to the schedule you gave me your games with Creighton are on the following dates: Dec. 15 Kansas at Yreighton and on Mar. 4 Creighton at Lawrence. I saw Eddie Hickey in the Union Station lst Friday afternoon and he tolé@ me that the dates were just the reverse. Will you please strighten ne out on this. Eilers woote me some time ago to the effect that. you wnd Eddie had agreed on Rover and Oberhelman to work with Gibbs in the two games; Roper to work in Omaha, and Oberhelman to work in Lawrence. I told Artie I would. assign them that way subject to your approval. Now I don't doubt Artie or Eddie, but I much rather have your word to that efrect. We have Curtis for both your games with the Oklahoma Aggies, but do-not have the other official; I have not been able to get a list from Artie to choose frome= of course he would have to be on your list. Since it has gone this long I think it better to wait ee our basketball meeting here the 5-6 of Vecember. = . Oberhelman and Waiihouse will work your game with the Gardner Base here the 5th. I have felt for some: time that the Iowa Cadets would, not play their basketball schedule and for that reason delayed assigning officials for that. double-header.
