Dear Mr. Bayles,

The ditch for the intramural field has not yet been opened.
fhe field at present is inundated and the water has no chance
to drain off. This situation delays the carrying on of our
intramural progrem which is already far behind its schedule.
Can't domething be done immediately to remedy this situation?
