With a view toward the improvement. and standardization of the methods used
in supply of clothing and indivic dual equipment to reception centers, the
procedures outlined below are adopted and will be placed in eifect af all
reception centers at the carliest practicable dates

The steps in mintaining the model stock are as follows:
(1) Issues will bo abstracted daily or for the requisition
periods
(2) Requisitions will be placed periodically as indicated
in paragraph 5 to replonish items issued for the prriod
involved.
(3) A physical inventory will be taken monthly for tho purpose
of adjustinz crrors and re-esteblishing tho model stocks
