Dear Mr. Allen:

We are indeed sorry to get your report under
date of the 13th concerning your Request #1250 for
wire netting.

Since there was nothing to indicate that other
quotations had been requested by you, we felt justi-
fied in sending out for other bids. As the W. A.

L. Thompson Company bid was low, and everything indi-
cated they were bidding on specifications, we awarded
the order to them. We will take this up with the

Thompson Company, and see what they have to say about
it.

We assure you we regret this occurrence.
