physical diagnosis and treatment of assigned cases from pediatric out-patient
department of the University of Kansas hospitals. Practical work in selec-
tion in infant foods. Well baby clinic; periodic examination by instructor
and group of students, of babies born in the hospital and out-patient obstetric

service.

272. PHARMACODYNAMICS AND MarertA Mepica. Six hours credit. The
source, composition, physical and chemical properties, pharmacologic actions,
uses, dose, and methods of administration of drugs. Pharmacologic and phys-
iologic principles of treatment. Basis of prescription writing. Required of

92. SurcicaL Curnica, Course. Four hours credit. Students are assigned
patients, and attend surgical clinics, ward rounds, and dispensary. This course

includes surgery, orthopedics, urology, otorhinolaryngology, and ophthalmology.
