This would require 150 new boys, of whom 50 will
probably be reserves, and we do not know which term the
new boys will be assigned.

These numbers of potential enrollment for Terms II
and III next term do not provide for failures and withdrawals
this term. It is estimated that 15% to 20% of the present
Term I boys will fail and 10% to 15% of Term II boys will
fail this term. :
