Special Problems (264 hrse) I think this latter course should be on the same basis as Thesis-since it demands only weekly conference with student should not count on the teaching loade Most schools feel that Special Problems are a nearer approach to graduate work than some class work. Most schools allow an unlimited number of hours of problems toward graduation. Our Psychology Department allows 2-5 hours each semester in the Graduate School in "Special Topics in Psychology". But still I do not feel that it should count as other teaching since it is supervisorye
