My dear Phog:

It was generous for you to write as you did.
We were glad to buy the books because we thought
that we got our money's worth. We appreciate,
and I am sure the readers will be intensely in-
terested in, your autographing the books. I, my-
self, have enjoyed reading the book and our librar-
ian reported the other day that she was swamped
with calls for the books.

As a matter of interest I am inclosing copies
of a couple of letters I am writing today.
