the head of our Physical Education Department for
women regarding your candidacy here at the University
of Kansas. I have. also conferred with our Dean of
Education, Raymond Schwegler, and our Chancellor, and
we are now able to offer you a position of dance and
physical education instructor in our department at a
salary of thirteen hundred dollars for the school year.

I believe that you will like the University of
Kansas and its environment. Miss Hoover, a graudate of
the University of Illinois and from Columbia University,
has done exceptionally well for us here. I know you will
