The enelosed is a sample of the letter that is
going out to all varsity basketball players, as well as
freshman players, informing them that although they are
eligible to participate according to the Big Six regula~
tions, Kensas basketball tradition has required the |
participants to be up in all of their work before they
may participate in either varsity-freshman or varsity
compotiticns

We have just checked with the College Office

and find the following boy ins an vineatiafsetory grade
in one of your classes:

boys to be fully eligible and passing before we desire to
take their time away from their studies for game practice.
