Dear Sir,

I am writing to investigate a reported vacancy in
your department. I am particularly interested in the
teaching of aquatic sports and I have heard that the
vacancy created in your department in September has not
yet been filled.

I feel fully qualified to fill such a position as I
specialized in that field in working for a Master's degree
at the University of Southern California and have taught
and coached the sport for many years. As a coach I have
developed numerous sectional champions and one National
A.A.U. Junior champion. As a teacher I have directed the
aquatic program at North Texas State Teachers College for
the past two summers.

Ny background in Physical Education is broad and my
contributions would not necessarily be limited to one sport.

you might desire. :
