I ama graduate of Massachusetts State College in the class of 1934 (B.S.), and also received an M.S. here in 1938. In both my undergraduate and graduate study, my major subject was Education and my minor was Physi- cal Education. In 1933, 1 was elected to Phi Kap Phi, scholastic honor society. : As an undergraduate, I earned varsity letters in football and base- ball for three years and in basketball for two years, and have eoached all three sports since.
