Dear Phog:-

I have found that the Strath Haven Inn
can't beat the Philadelphian. The Inn is willing
to meet the $1.50 price, but they have double beds
and I know you don't care for that. So I guess you
had better let your arrangements stand. If you don't
mind, I would like to have you meet Bill Stetson,
the Swarthmore coach. He is going to bring his team
in to watch you play. The Post article is in the
December 28th Post, so wou will be here in a blaze
of glory. I repeat, it is a fine article.

The K.U. Club here, which unfortunately
wes inactive for the Villanova football game, is
stirring about your game with Temple, and you will
have an enthusiastic following in Convention Hall.
I hope you dontt forget that “bench” invitation.

It will be the thrill of my lifetime.
