Dear Mr. Henry:

During the basketball meeting in Kansas
City Dr. Allen and Mr. Kelleher, the

coach of our basketball team, agreed

upon the date of December 28,1940 for

a game in Madison Souare Garden. Accord-
ing to Mr. Irish, the promoter of games

in Madison Square Garden, the terms as

set forth in the enclosed copies of the
contract were suitable to all concerned,

I shall appreciate your signing and re-
turning three of the copies. If the term
inology is not clear I shall be pleased to
write to you with regard to the contract.
