Dear Major Mess:

I have written to Cole Lei. Hibbs expressing our gratitude for
the wonderful treatment that we received while we visited the Acadeny, .
but our letter would be incomplete without mentioning to you our appreciation
for all the wonderful things that you did for use :

Our boys will never forget you for the medical service you
rendered them. The fine way that you went about serving the boys made
them fecl that everything wis not only tipstop at the Academy, but the
personnel was of the most efficient and highest grade possible,

Our iliness was no alibi in our games, but had it not been
for you I am sure that sone of the members of our team would have been
flat on their backs instead of flat on their feet when we playede

it was a great pleasure to get reaequainted with you, and in
addition to thank you most kindlye My hope is that you will get out
in our section of the country and will be kind enough to let us mow
you are coming so that we may entertain you and yours.
