Dear Dr. Allen:

The Welda High School holds its annual
basketball banquet in March sometime after the
close of the basketball season. This is a
large affair and takes in a major part of the
people in the community.

It is the desire of the young people and
the patrons of the district that they secure
your service as a speaker for this occasion,
if possible. If you can find time to come to
Welda for this occasion we will let you pick
your date. Any night between March 12 and
March 24 will be all right and the time will
be 7:50.

I trust it will be possible for you to
visit Welda on this occasion.
