with the probability of your coming out to Pawnee Rock
to assist us in our annual athletic banquet project. ie

Would the date of April 4th be suitable with you?

The Pawnee Rock Men's Club, who is sponsoring this event,
voted to guarantee you a minimum of $35.00 and if possible
to raise it five-~-ten--or fifteen dollars. So I know that
we will be able to offer you at least $35, and if it can be
obtained this amount will be raised.

I do hope that the date and the fee will be acceptable to yous
Your appearance here in Pawnee Rock will indeed supplement

our efforts in support of education and all that is connected
with education.
