My dear Friend Mr. Hanthorn:

It is very nice to hear from you, and of course
I will be delighted to come to address your Kiwanians.

It happens that I am speaking to the Rotary Club
in Junction City on Maresh 7th. I am secretary of the
local selective service board and we meet from 10 to 12
on Tuesdays, but it my be that we can advance the hour
of hearing, and then I can get away for your date. I
feel sure enough in this that I am accepting your date
of the 14th of March.

Since my time may be rather limited, I wish you
would write me and tell me where you are meeting and I
will come directly to the meting place. It will be a
pleasure to see you.
