Dear Dr. Allen:

I have delayed answering your letter of January 22
until we could agree on some tentative dates for the Y.M.C.A.
all-sports dinner, and am pleased to suggest two dates to
you in April, either of which we feel would be suitable.
After considering these dates, if you should find they are
not advantageous from your standpoint, kindly advise and we
will endeavor to select another, either earlier or later,
as you suggest. |

The dates we are suggest ing are Guiday, April, or
Rriday, April 73°

I am also pleased to advise that we have secured an
honorarium of $60.00 for this event and, I believe, if you
will check concerning your railroad and. pullman fare, that
your expenses will run around $30.00.

If you could give me some idea of when you will plan
to arrive in Cedar Rapids, I would appreciate it as it will
help in making our plans for the dinner.
