Dear Dr. Allen:

I am glad to report that Mr. Wellhausen has
taken hold of the job and is doing intelligent work. So
far I have not asked him to do certain tasks involving
handicraft as I haven't had time to supervise him.

It looks now as though he would fit into our
needs nicely.
