in regard to Navy Day, October 27th. I am writing today
to the forty Lions clubs in my district asking their
cooperation and suggesting that their program for the
week of October 27th be a Navy Day program. I think
that it is very proper that just recognition be given
to this most important date.

you on this worthwhile project.
