Dear "Phog":

It was mighty nice of you to ,
drop me a note, but right back at you telling you
that it was a pleasure indeed for both of us to be
down there a little while and see the fine time
those young folks were having. Those things ought
to be encouraged more, in my judgment a little more
genuine, wholesome fun and opportunity to get together
goes a long ways towards keeping things on an even
keel in these uncertain times.

We got home fine and Mrs. Schoeppel
is doing nicely. Thank you so much.
