I am writing to inform you that the
Committee on Travel Grants has approved your
request for a grant to cover a portion of your
expenses in connection with attendance at a
meeting of the American Association for Health,
Physical Education and Recreation to be held
at San Francisco during the week of April 3-6,

As you know, the amount of the grant
is the round trip railroad fare to San Francisco
with a maximum of two cents per mile and does not
cover the cost of pullman. When you make the trip,
you should obtain a receipt for the railroad fare
