Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

The iia Meeting of the Shareholders of THE COMMON-
WEALTH LAWRENCE THEATRE CORPORATION, a Kansas corporation, will
be held at the Jayhawker Theatre, Lawrence, Kansas, on Thursday,
the 10th day of February, 1944, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., for the
election of a Board of Directors to hold office for the ensuing
year and until their successors are duly chosen and qualified,
and for the transaction of any and all other business that may
come before the meeting. ,
