I have your letter of October 8th
relative to Dr. Allen's engagement before the Bland
Post on the evening of October 15th.

The Post usually gathers at the University
Club about 6:30, and dinner is served at 7:00. If
possible, I would like to have Dr. Allen there a
6:30 as there will be a great number of his old friends
present who would like to meet and talk with him.
